As a candidate you are also a very important person as marketing your skills for an appropriate vacancy is part of the backbone of our business.

We aim to make you feel welcome and worthwhile even if we don’t have a job for you today. We want your experience at Searchworks to be positive and friendly. Because our team are all people who support this view, candidates often say they feel almost like part of the family.

We have made an active choice to avoid the clinical reception desk sitting alone in a marbled foyer - that can be very daunting for many people, and in our industry we need you to relax and tell us all about what you do so we understand your capabilities.

If you are not in Wellington we can chat on the phone and interview you on skype so we still get to ‘meet’ you.

We also believe in being open and honest – if we don’t have a suitable role right now, then we will tell you so. But there is no harm in lodging your CV with us because we will treat it confidentially. Our CRM is also very effective and we will find you when the right job comes along.
